Introduction, Vedic Philosophy
Eight limbs of Asthanga Yoga, Vegetarianism.
Primary Series.
Pranayama. Bhandas, Chakras, Sanskrit Names of Asanas.
Bhagavat Gita, Karma and Reincarnation, Yoga Diet.
Four systems of Yoga, Various Mantras and meditations.
2nd week:
Second series of Modified Asthanga, Sanskrit Names.
Teaching Methodology , Adjustments.
How to develop Intention and meaning to the practice
Universal Principles of Alignment.
Teaching Classes. Graduation.
